Better late than never

Ghostly Kat

Kat looked around at all the booths. She always loved Harby’s visits and the new and interesting ways of death that he brought with him each year. She wasn’t quite sure what to make of this year’s choose your own death; she was starting to get a headache trying to decide between all the choices.

“Look at the pwetty aminals.

“I don’t understand any of this. Why would anyone want to plan his or her own death? I want to die in my sleep of old age.”

“Oh look at those cars. I feel a need for speed.”

“Now there is a way to go. Oh baby just look at him.”

“This is highly irregular,” the booth operator remarked.

“So is choosing our own demise. This is how I want to go, and let’s make it happen,” the brunette with shining dark eyes stated. “NOW!”

A small smile crossed her face as the car door slammed. She glanced at her passengers—a sexy vampire, plus a couple of cute panthers. She took a swallow from a smoking amber vial and hit the gas.

It was almost impossible to tell which method was the actual cause of death, but each personality got to go out the way they wished most, and Evil Kat got to make it all happen.
