A white gurney sits amid a white and sterile room. A nurse and doctor wait patiently with their tables of shiny instruments and the IV bottle hanging up on the rack. At the end of the tubing is a nice long needle. The nurse and doctor are dressed all in white, with masks over their faces.
“We run a very clean and sterile operation here,” they say, holding up their gloved hands. “We can’t have you exposed to any nasty old germs, you know. We’re only here to kill you.” You think they’re smiling at you, but with those masks, you can’t be sure.
