October Main Board Summary by Kat

Cyranose started the month off with a chat reminder. He let us know that his car has been repaired, a new dishwasher is coming, and he’s heading off to a game con. Channdrah posted some jokes to lighten things up.

Aphrael let Deb U know that her corner of Texas finally got some rain. There were many excited comments about the new Halloween banner. Channdrah asked if there was a chance that Harby would come out of retirement to kill off Deb U this month.

Flipper shared a link to thrillvania.com where she and coworkers visit to celebrate Halloween.

Cyranose reminded us that Tuesday is chat night. Nosey also said that the doctor said that he is responding well to the therapy and can get immunized against the flu. Now to find the vaccine. Shou Lao snuck into the conversation about flu shots—long time no see.

There were lots of comments about the new bonus banners that Anteres posted.

Stripe posted a clip from Kevin Sorbo’s new movie which will be released in 2010.

Channdrah asked if anyone had any paranormal experiences to share. Manto, Aphrael, and Channdrah shared theirs, but the rest of Deb U either was too afraid or had nothing to share.

Tuesday night brings another chat reminder from Cyranose. He was able to get the regular flu and pneumonia shots, but is still searching for the H1N1 shot. The new dishwasher was installed, but had some issues with draining water. After replacing the vacuum breaker, it is working fine. Nosey and Russett were going out to dinner for Russett’s b-day, and Nosey took a cooking class. Axman posted a link to Justice League involving Charon. Calee asked Deb U to ignore an e-mail from her with no subject; she didn’t send it and the links are suspect.

Cyranose said the evil s-word, no I don’t mean share… SNOW when he posted the chat reminder for the week. He’s been unable to find H1N1 vaccine so far.

Cyranose reminded the Debs to be careful if they plan on upgrading to Windows 7. Looks like only a few Debs are switching at this time.

‘shana reminded the Debs of Harby’s final words and of the 36 hour enchantment at the end of every October he left us as a gift. Time to Hoolie!
