DebU- The CAP

In 1999 there was a somewhat bloodless coup at DebU. It was called the CAP... The Chancellor's Assistants Protest (or something like that - I'm not as young as I used to be!)

In the midst of the takeover, DebU had a visitor, Harby. So, the CAP and the gruesome work of HoD became intertwined somewhat. The story makes the most sense if one begins at the beginning, with the CAP, but if you really want to just refresh your memory of HoD 1999 look for the entries labeled "HoD" below.
